We are excited to work with a fantastic health charity who are looking for a Challenge Events Fundraising Executive to join their friendly and growing team, this is an exciting time to join! You will be looking after several challenge events in the portfolio, growing income and participants in the process. Key responsibilities: Manage running and challenge events in the events portfolio, this includes planning, marketing, stewarding and recruiting participants. Dealing with budgets and event logistics too Develop supporter journey for participants, motivating and rewarding them to ensure they enjoy themselves and continue support after Handle Events Fundraising enquiries on the phone or by email Attend events in support of the charity, potentially delivering presentations when needed Promote events by working with marketing and PR teams, using social media etc Work with the Community and Events Fundraising Manager to deliver of the Community and Events fundraising budget and targets/KPIs and strategic plans Keep database records up to date Skills and experience needed: Demonstrable knowledge and experience within community and / or events fundraising Ability to build strong relationships Impeccable organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as presentation skills Experience providing supporter care and delivering projects within timescale and budget Understanding of charity databases Enthusiastic and a team player If you have these skills then please send me your up to date CV.
