Customer Service Apprentice - Eezehaul

We provide a great customer service to a range of customers based in the UK and internationally.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm Including 1 hour unpaid lunch break
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
*Responding to a range of customer queries via email, telephone and face to face. These may include quoting for shipments, tracking and tracing deliveries, and providing Information on our services
*Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
*Data entry of delivery information onto internal excel spreadsheets, information databases and online systems
*You will be communicating with our driver team and other depots to provide relevant and up to date information for our customers
*To ensure that all relevant documentation is accurate, up to date and neatly completed to our customers’ requirements
*Involvement with our driver queries such as providing additional delivery information, assisting with directions and general problem solving to ensure we achieve excellent customer satisfaction with every delivery made
*Involvement in warehouse and storage distribution and customer despatches
