Working for this great heritage brand, you will be responsible for the management existing accounts and identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key account abilities or main areas of responsibility

*Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with suppliers
*Sourcing of new suppliers/materials
*Sales
*Making sales visits
*Processing sales calls and enquiries (whether pro forma or account)
*Preparing sales paperwork if required
*Business Management
*Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with business partners and customers All aspects of customer relationship management
*Preparing periodic sales and business reports for Head Office
*Maintain good relations with dispatch operation

Qualifications, skills, knowledge and competencies
*A proven track record in sales and management
*Professional, consultative, business focused and hands-on approach
*Good people skills
*Knowledge of fabric/trims/components
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience of negotiating
*Commercially focused with awareness of margins, ability to interpret P&L, and analytical skills
*IT proficient in Microsoft packages with the ability to adapt to new systems
*Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
*Drive, tenacity and resilience
