We're now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is not just a job, it's a fantastic opportunity! What will you be doing? As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be talking to our customers to understand their financial situation and make appropriate recommendations in terms of affordable payment plans. You will have experience working within a customer facing role and enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment. You will thrive on negotiating with customers to find the best possible solution for both the customer and the business and you will enjoy working to and achieving realistic targets, whilst getting a real buzz from working hand in hand with our customers. Delivering outstanding customer service within Treating the Customer Fairly behaviours will be of paramount importance. What will you need to bring? Ability to empathise with clients Sound time management and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills Proven ability to work on own initiative without supervision High personal and work standards - attention to detail and accuracy of records Intermediate computer literacy Ability to ensure that data is processed correctly and kept confidential at all times Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment Previous Experience: Previous Collections or Sales experience is desirable but not essential Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent How we reward you: £18,916 progressing to £20,755 after probation + bonus + benefits!
