IT Support Analyst (MAC) £25K London Required strong in 1

st line support, Windows 10, Mac OSX, Office 365 and Active Directory.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1

st line support engineer to work for my highly reputable media client to deliver high class support to users with any IT related issues in an efficient and confident manner in respect to Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Smartphone issues and Connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software incidents/problems

Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles

Provide telephone and email support to inhouse and remote staff for OS, application, network and hardware issues

Contribute towards the creation of user guides and manuals to aid Service Desk policies, processes and procedures

Responsible for assisting in the logging of tickets, responding to end users, and where appropriate deploying new equipment and assisting the service desk in any other related duties

Good knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop technologies (Windows 10) Mac experience would be desirable
