Salary: £3040,000 basic OTE £65,##### ######Selling Employment Law advisory services into Corporates

Dealing with HR Directors & Heads of inhouse finance departments

The Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business within the corporate market. Working alongside a lead generation team, your role will be to generate new opportunities, attend client meetings and close deals. Selling outsourced financial services, you will be dealing with HR Directors and Head of inhouse finance departments across a wide range of industries. This role requires someone driven, articulate and engaged with proven experience of building a pipeline of interest and confidently closing the deal.

As Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Generating leads and arranging client meetings
Pitching the consultancy service and closing deals
Assessing opportunities to crosssell/upsell



For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Proven face to face B2B sales experience
Experience of cold calling and lead generation
Entrepreneurial, confident, selfmotivated and hungry
