You will run the Consultant's practice, answer emails, telephone calls, audio type reports and liaise with other departments. You will need to have skills in audio typing and Word as well as Microsoft Outlook.

We would require you to work closely with the Admissions team at Priory Woking to provide a seamless enquiry and admission processes.

You will need to be confident speaking with people on the phone enquiring about treatment at the hospital, demonstrating good levels of empathy as well as focusing calls/visits to facilitate consultations.
