The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Office Manager/Legal Cashier to join our clients leading practice in Bristol. Working closely with the practice’s management team, the successful Office Manager/Legal Cashier will confidently take on this demanding and hands-on role, overseeing the day to day running of the office and all aspects of legal cashiering. Duties may include: liaising with internal and external professionals including auditors, banks and financial institutions; ensuring SAR compliance and dealing with regulatory matters; staff recruitment and appraisals; bank reconciliations; raising and processing office account payments and receipts; producing and implementing company policies and procedures; participation in business development initiatives; managing quality mark accreditations and; any additional duties as required. A hands-on role offering a varied workload, stimulating working environment and an opportunity to play a key role in the continued delivery of excellent client services.

The Candidate
You shall be a Legal Cashier with management experience, Accounts Manager or Office Manager who can demonstrate solid experience in a similar position within the legal framework;
Candidates shall demonstrate solid management and/or supervisory experience;
Possess excellent communication and client care skills, to ensure the continued delivery of outstanding client services;
IT Literate with particular expertise using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
Can demonstrate detailed knowledge of SARs and the different aspects of legal practice;
Highly motivated, able to make executive decisions where required;
Able to manage a demanding and diverse workload, encompassing all aspects of office management and cashiering.
