The company
Our client has been providing legal advice to the local communities of Nuneaton, Bedworth, Hinckley and Atherstone for over 100 years, dealing with a wide range of legal matters from simple wills to multi-million pound property deals.
Our client is now looking to recruit a full time Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join and lead their Conveyancing Team in their branch office in Hinckley.

The Role
Due to continual growth, this exciting opportunity has come up and would suit a motivated, enthusiastic individual who have the proven ability to handle a case load of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.

Essential Requirements
The candidate doesn't have to be a solicitor, they can be either a Legal Executive or Conveyancing Executive but must have at least 3 years conveyancing experience.
The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with all different types of residential transactions including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold, new build and shared ownership.
The successful candidate must also be familiar with using a case management system and working in accordance to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards

Excellent working knowledge of conveyancing

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
