We are a national award winning buy-to-let and commercial mortgage brokerage based in central Norwich. Legal and General named us “Best Broker Form for Buy to Let” 2018.

The buy-to-let industry has experienced a lot of change, and other intermediaries need our help to serve their clients. You will be calling business decision makers to promote our services and drive referral business enquiries.

You will be given the freedom to build and manage your own portfolio of clients.

A typical day as a Business Development Executive:

The role is 100% telephone based. You will:

Pre-qualify leads

Make a high volume of calls to busy business decision makers
Get our message across quickly then

listen to feedback and identify opportunities

Generate referral partnerships with large numbers of relevant businesses

Build strong, personal relationships built on trust and values

Experience and background of our Business Development Executive

A background in banking or insurance is advantageous but not essential – if you can learn our industry quickly and drive new business, we want to hear from you. You will be:

A generous starting basic salary from £21,200
Performance related bonus to £35,000 OTE, uncapped
