The Firm

Born in 2014 in Somerset, the decision to set up was prompted by the frustration that other firms did not value what is most important and the desire to give clients the kind of service they knew was really needed in this changing market.
Their solicitors have great backgrounds but most importantly they are ambitious and dynamic and due to the way the firm is set up, they are able to focus on offering exceptional service, meaning they are constantly winning more business, where others fail to make an impression.

The Role

They are looking for an office Operations/Projects manager to join at an exciting time in Bristol, Somerset.

This is an incredibly exciting chance to join a firm in relatively early days during an incredibly exciting time not only have they recently expanded into Bristol but there are further very exciting plans for growth, which you will play a key part in implementing.

You will work alongside closely, and report to the Partners with them, you will form business plans and be set specific projects to be implemented you will work with them and the heads of department to implement these projects.

You will help the firm with is compliance obligations, working with the partners and heads of department so ensure firm polices are adhered to and managing accreditation applications and process.

You will liaise with staff and be responsible for the office management to ensure they have everything they need and to be working and properly you will work alongside (not managing) the staff informing them on and formulating requirements for the firms projects.

You will be responsible for the office/firm functionality; liaising with staff to gauge requirements, reporting to the Partners about required infrastructure or requests for new ways of working, stationary/procurement.

You will be in charge of physical projects such as IT infrastructure, office furniture, refurbishment projects, etc.

You will be involved in wider projects such as improving the case management system, coming up with ways of working and coming up with marketing strategies for departments, with/reporting to the Partners.

Salary is negotiable/dependent on experience, however, most exciting are the prospects for the future as they are truly incredible. You will evolve with the role and the firm as they grow
