The Apprenticeship Opportunity

Secure Trust Bank PLC is offering up to 2 fulltime Apprenticeship Training opportunities within their motor business division working towards The Motor Finance Specialist Qualification
(Level 3). Positions have been created which involve working across several departments including Customer Services, Underwriting, Payouts, Collections and Recovery.

We are looking to invest in developing the next generation of Motor Finance Specialists within our organisation and helping them build a career in the financial services sector. We are offering comprehensive training in all the aspects of the roles on offer, which is accompanied by a dedicated industry leading Mentor and Coach. You will have plenty of guidance and help within our organisation to make a success of your apprenticeship.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Day at Secure Trust Bank PLC Headquarters in Solihull, where you will have a chance to hear more about these opportunities and meet the department managers. This is a fun and dynamic opportunity for us to get to know you and to showcase your personality. The Assessment Day will take place on
Thursday 27
th September and all applicants should ensure that they are able to attend on this date if selected.

Employment will commence for successful candidates on week commencing
th November 2018.

Essential Skills

Our ideal candidates will have a passion to deliver excellent customer service, have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills. You will also need a minimum of
5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above. Computer literacy will also be useful as much of your learning and daily work will be using a variety of systems.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
