This international luxury beauty brand is going from strength to strength and its and exciting place to work. They are currently looking for a temporary pay and benefits officer for a period of around six weeks working in the HR department and reporting into the senior HR manager.

Key responsibilities:
Management and submission of UK and Irish payrolls on a monthly basis.
Monthly and annual ad hoc analysis.
Payroll reconciliation.
Statutory calculations, manual calculations and payments
Communicating and managing all company benefits.
Manage all correspondence in regards to sickness absence, maternity, paternity and parental leave.
Keeping abreast with all new relevant legislation.
Managing HR assistant and HRIS coordinator.

An expert in payroll and pension including end to end management, reporting and submission for a medium to large workforce.
Experience of using programs such as SAP, ADP, Workplace or other T&A system as well as Microsoft office.
Great attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Good people management experience.
