Your responsibilities:

* Making sure that impeccable IT Helpdesk service across the business

* Managing a team of 1st and 2nd line team members (team size: 12)

* Communicating to all stakeholders the services offered by the IT Helpdesk

* Working proactively to introduce improvements where needed

* Monitoring the effectiveness of IT Helpdesk and customer satisfaction

* Promoting achievements of the IT Helpdesk team

Your skills and experience:

* Previous experience of working in a similar role and helpdesk management

* Strong appreciation of ITIL service management framework

* Very good knowledge of Wintel and/or VMware and/or SQL Server dba expertise, MS Office, Exchange, SQL Server, LAN/WAN, VMware

* ITIL service management certification or A Level / HNC or equivalent business qualification are an advantage

Not only being able to work in a dynamic environment but also demonstrating strong interpersonal skills are the features of an ideal candidate. Moreover, he or she must be passionate about complex customer service and have great organisational skills.
