YOUR ROLE This is an exciting role working for a rapidly expanding global IT company based in Basingstoke. Reporting to the Global Facilities Manager, you will be a valued member of the facilities team driving effective change within Global Travel process, policies and ways of working. Your aim is to bring transparency, consistency and effectiveness whilst managing cost. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Onboard the new Travel Management Company - EgenciaDevelop and launch the company’s business travel policiesDrive cost savings at the same time as embedding cultural changes within
the company.Full responsibility with managing the travel management company contract
from onboarding and launching and then challenging booking behaviours THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THIS JOB WELL Extensive experience planning and onboarding a TMC, ideally
Egencia, and embedding into the company.Experience in creating and launching a global travel policyExtensive experience in managing a TMC contract. Working with them to
drive continuous improvement for a global company.Extended travel industry Contract Management skills (taxis, hire cars
etc).Point of contact and support to colleagues with regards travel insurance
claims with current provider.Managing traveller risks.Overall responsibility of traveller experience.Experience in influencing all stakeholders including C level, driving best
practice and travel behaviour changes.Experience in presenting to C level management all MI information provided
from the TMCKey role in selecting travel service providers, flights, hotels etc.Working knowledge of the corporate travel industry.Experience in delivering effective cost savings within travel for a global
company.Effectively manage company’s group bookings for events. WE WILL OFFER YOU Friendly, fast
