Our client who are specialist suppliers to the manufacturing industry, require a part time Finance Administrator to join their team. Working 25 hours per week, this role offers the flexibility of working either mornings or afternoons (depending on your preference) over 5 days.

Job Description:

You will be working alongside the Company Director and due to the nature of the business, there will be days when you will be working in the office alone, therefore this role requires someone who is able to work autonomously.

Duties for the part time Finance Administrator will include:

Processing sales invoices
Bank reconciliation
Bank processing
Processing payroll for 5 Engineers, including tax, insurance and expenses
Credit control
VAT returns
Book hotel reservations
Dealing with quotations
General office/finance administration

For the part time Finance Administrator, It would be good to see candidates with:

Must have
Sage 50 Experience
Be confident on the telephone
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to work in an office on your own
Strong administration skills
Confident with Excel

Hours: 25 hours per week over 5 days (flexible)

Salary: £9.23 per hour
