J2 Recruitment are proud to be recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to work for a wellestablished, private healthcare provider with thirty Nursing Homes across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as Customer Relationship Manager for a home that has an excellent reputation in the area, compliant with CQC, rated an Overall Good.

Theyre are on an ambitious programme to build and purchase new care homes across the UK that will take the sector to a whole new level of luxury and care. Part of this process is to ensure that their current care homes build their reputation for excellent care within local communities, and making sure they showcase the best qualities of their homes and team to prospective residents and their families.

The successful Customer Relationship Manager will be required to:

Manage the community relations of 34 of their homes.
Work closely with the General Manager and the Marketing Manager of each care home, you will be responsible for generating new leads and, subsequently, new clients from a range of referral sources, to ensure that occupancy targets are achieved or exceeded.
Your role will involve introducing and explaining the range of care services available to potential clients and/ or their family members ultimately presenting to them a bespoke care solution

What we look for in a Customer Relationship Manager:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a consultative sales environment, and be a selfstarter who is both target driven and hungry for success with marketing experience an added advantage.
It is essential that you combine superb written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, with a sincere passion for making a difference to the lives of older people.
The only direct qualification required is a valid UK driving licence.
Knowledge of the adult health and social care market would be desirable, but is not essential, but a motivated and driven person who will deliver results is essential.

The position is full time position covering the East of England. You will receive a basic salary of £35,000 plus a generous target based bonus
