Job Summary:

The Account Co-ordinator will be a key member of the Corazon Health team and will work closely with the OH Account Manager and the team in ensuring that as the business expands we are operationally able to effectively meet the needs of our clients. We provide Occupational Health services to a wide variety of clients across the private sector.

The successful candidate will provide efficient and proactive account management and administration to the client and liaise with the clinical team regarding service provision.

The post holder will be able to work autonomously and confidentially, be
highly motivated, enthusiastic and respond positively to a challenging and
varied role. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are
essential.


Experience of customer care/business administration would be beneficial.



Full working knowledge of
Microsoft Office is an essential.



Own transport to and from
Corazon Health is key due to poor public transport facilities.


Relationship and roles:


Demonstrate the ability to
interact, cooperate and establish effective working relationships with
Corazon employees and clients as an account co-ordinator.
Maintain professional
internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Liaise with and develop
close working relationships with your allocated clients.


Administrative:


Ensure effective diary
booking system for Practitioners to maintain maximum productivity.
Book a variety of
appointment types within pre-defined timescales
Manage daily workload of
current cases
Have a good standard of
typing up and sending reports, ensuring these are accurate and timely
Database management, to
ensure accurate record keeping
Filing , scanning and
archiving
Report any issues/concerns
to OH Account Manager promptly – including potential failure of KPI’s,
diary gaps etc
Seek assistance from OH
Account Manager as required
Prep nurses correctly with
equipment and information for clinics following thorough training.
Perform regular stock takes


The salary package:


25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
Three months probationary

£17- £20k salary pro rata depending on experience
