Specialist Facilities Solutions company servicing the likes of Sainsburys, The BBC and The Royal Exchange are seeking a hungry driven sales Business Development Manager to join their team to work closely with the Board.

Whether we are changing lightbulbs in a let property for one of our Landlords or servicing commercial boilers for the BBC, all customers receive the same level of great service and all managed and co-ordinated through our 24/7 helpdesk team.
The B2B Business Development Manager Role:
The Business Development Manager will develop leads in a variety of ways – through face-to-face meetings, tele sales, attending networking events and visiting existing customers. The successful individual will spend in excess of 70% of their time out of the office generating new business, and working closely with the Board to accurately cover the patch; therefore, it is essential that candidates hold a full driving licence.
This position will suit an individual with an outward cheerful personality that is naturally gregarious, determined, hungry and wants to succeed with a view of building their own team.
Business Development Manager Position Requirements:
+ Experience in field sales (FM/Maintenance/Construction industry background would be advantageous)
+ A diligent and driven personality
+ Hunger to learn and progress
+ Outward cheerful personality, naturally gregarious, determined
+ Situated locally to the patch (Essex, Kent, London)
+ Salary £30,000 - £40,000 + uncapped commission
+ OTE £80K
+ Uncapped commission structure (paid quarterly)
+ Company car or car allowance
+ Mobile phone + laptop
+ 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
+ 40 hour working week
+ Although office is based in North Essex, options to work remotely will be considered with attendance in the office twice a month for sales meetings
