This is a unique opportunity to work with a training and software company that is helping UK schools. They require an experienced individual to lead and manage a team focused generating additional income for schools through the businesses products and services. Your team have the responsibility of conceptualising, project managing and implementing income generating activities across hundreds of schools. Keeping schools engaged in income generation is the main objective of your team and the business will support you in achieving that goal.

You will report to the Managing Director and are expected to use your initiative to deliver mutually agreed goals. Knowledge about income generation and fundraising strategies and tactics is essential; all product training is provided; experience of schools is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with the Product Team to design and create new income generation and fundraising activities that extend their exciting portfolio and can be implemented in schools.

- Develop project plans to implement income generation and fundraising activities in schools ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements, responsibilities and success factors.

- Lead, manage, train and coach your team members ensuring that they achieve KPIs / Key Results and maintain positive relationships with schools by getting them to successfully implement income generation and fundraising activities.

- Write and maintain internal and external facing publications, materials and documentation to ensure the business and schools are up to date with the latest information, legislation and guidance on income generation and fundraising.

- Manage a portfolio of schools to gain first-hand experience and knowledge of the success factors that cause high engagement levels between schools, the business and our systems.

- Co-ordinate with regional Associates to assist in project management and delivery of key items within on-boarding programmes and maintaining the income generation and fundraising activities within their schools.

- Act as an ambassador of the business by undertaking speaking engagements, attending networking events and conferences.

- Network and collaborate with other organisations to create mutually beneficial relationships that progress the business vision to support schools in delivering an outstanding education provision.

- Take ownership for accomplishing new and specific tasks that fall within the remit of the role from the Managing Director and senior management team.
