A Hotel group are looking to recruit an experienced Procurement professional with specific experience of procurement in the Hotel sector.
This is a very important role in the management of a chain of nationwide hotels.
Your duties will involve:
- Negotiating with suppliers to the industry,
- Assessing market rates for consumables within the Hotel sector.
- Communicating effectively with GM's and the Hotel operational team and the accounts department.
- Placing orders for a range of products frrom IT services to F&B on a day to day basis.
It is essential that you are involved in the procurement of goods and services and not just order processing.
