A new Fish Restaurant is coming to Bognor Regis that is going to be fabulous - an opportunity to be part of something great. A good salary, excellent benefits and up to 15% bonus is offered

We are seeking a Sous Chef to work with a newly appointed Head Chef to assist in the running of the kitchen and be in charge in Head chef's absence

Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production

Ensure effective stock rotation, its receipt and storage

Perform other administrative tasks as will be communicated by leaders

Ensure that required standards are adhered to in the production and preparation of food - in quality, quantity and safety

Work towards exceeding guest's expectation by encouraging and promoting high level of service

Promote good team morale always

Ensure all dishes are prepared according to specification and served at the correct quality, portion size, and temperature

Be responsible for kitchen cleaning rosters and the supervision of cleaning schedules

Ensure planning is in place to cover food shortages

Manage food safety HACCP documents

Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared using correct equipment and procedures

Report the need for maintenance to appropriate leaders
