Our Stoke based Banner team are on the hunt for an Internal Account Manager to join them, Working with both existing and prospective customers in order to grow and develop the business and ultimately increase turnover and margin. The salary will be £16,000 plus commission and other great benefits including a fantastic holiday scheme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and prioritising sales activity, managing their own client base and processing sales orders and any associated enquires. You will retain and develop existing customer relationships, including continuously cross and up selling all aspects of the Group portfolio as well as generating new business through appropriate proposition, ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an individual with previous sales experience, either in a field or telesales environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills, MS Office knowledge and the ability to multitask, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines are also important. We would also like you to have GCSE Maths and English at grade C or higher (or equivalent).
