Systems Trainer required in our Manchester office. This position requires someone with a background of having previously worked in the land based casino industry, with strong communications skills, and comfortable leading a training session to an audience. In time, we expect you to become an expert in every aspect of our systems.

The role will primarily involve preparing and executing training sessions to end user of our systems. In addition, the successful candidate will also be expected to assist in updating user manuals to ensure, and providing support to the installations team. The role will require time to be split between being based in our main office and visiting customer sites.

You must be organised and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We need someone who will learn quickly and deliver results right away. We will provide full support and training but the successful candidate must show initiative and take responsibility for his/her own workload and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Present end user training programs to users in an international casino environment.
  • Execute training session and workshops in groups.
  • Maintain user manuals that meets internal standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Experience working in a casino environment
