Revive Recruitment are representing a client located on the outskirts of Wrexham with their exciting plans to extend their already high performing telesales team. As part of their future business strategy, we are looking to support our Client with the recruitment of two team members:

Position: Telesales/Business Development Executive

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £18,000 pa basic with an excellent bonus structure

Location: Wrexham outskirts

The Position:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be put on the forefront of developing your own pipeline business sales leads to deliver revenue targets for the business. The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Achieving monthly revenue targets and KPI’s
  • To complete business sales calls to potential business promoting our Clients services, operating in a business service sector.
  • Effective manage diary and pipeline of prospects.
  • Build relationships with new/potential customers.
  • Canvass new customers from internal prospect database.
  • To deal with some inbound calls when required to support the customer service team.
  • Ensure all client information is updated on the internal customer management system.
  • Occasional meetings to potential clients.

The Person:

Our Client is looking for professional and engaging candidates who are ambitious, have the sales flair and want to succeed. B2B phone based sales or business development experience is essential. It is also highly important you are excited about working in a targets in a fast-paced environment. To apply for this post you will be:

  • From a Telesales/Sales/Business Development background, preferably within a business to business sell.

The Package:

  • A permanent position within a successful and expanding team
  • A realistic £12,000 bonus to earn per year.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
