Regional Sales Development Consultant

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate wishing to progress and sit within a Field Sales and a Sales Managers function essentially enjoying a varied role with an eclectic mix of both functions.

  • You will be supporting the Regional Sales Manager in your regiona in helping to develop new starters, underperformers & those needed extra support an guidance.

  • You will coach, train, motivate & inspire new field sales consultants and act as a support function in their development.

  • When there are current field sales vacancies in your region, you will parachute into the vacant area, ensuring the existing pipeline is managed and work and develop new business opportunities. When the position is filled, you will support the new Field Sales Consultant, hand-over your pipeline and aid their integration into the business.

  • You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure the overall performance of your district.

The Candidate

  • Field sales experience and delivering stretching results within a competitive market place and winning new business. You must be able to demonstrate your track record.

  • Some coaching, mentoring and training experience would be advantageous.

  • Consultative sales in approach, understanding of sales process and demonstration of understanding of buying behaviours.

  • Good presentation, verbal and writing skills.

  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of buying processes of large and small businesses.

  • Desired: Ability to comfortably use or learn to use CRM systems (Sales Force).

The Package

  • Up to £35K basic plus and uncapped OTE circa £55K
