Position: Internal and/or External Sales Executive(s)

Location Cradley Heath, Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: Competitive depending upon experience, plus monthly bonus, car / car allowance (for external) and pension after qualifying period

About the Role:

They are now seeking two Sales Executives to join an established team where your primary responsibility is to achieve an annual gross profit target from your allocated customer base, whilst also developing new business.

Your focus will be generating revenue through the sale of the companies' products, promoted through customer visits, phone and email.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will identify products for your customer base and develop a sales strategy to increase sales potential, whilst maximising use of the companies AS400 computer system to record all customer information and activity.

About You:

They are relatively open to previous experience, more important is a willingness and ability to learn quickly and a strong "can do" attitude.

Ideally, they are seeking Sales Executives with previous experience in the steel industry or a heavy manufacturing background, but they will also consider individuals with solid knowledge and experience in sales from other sectors who can demonstrate the right attributes and a passion for sales.

You must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal colleagues. Strong planning and organisational skills are also required for this role, as well as being committed to working in a team orientated environment.
