An Innovation Creative / Creative Innovation Designer is needed to join a consumer goods company with a global reach that in its industry needs no introduction, developing some the hottest brands around. Following an in-depth strategic review, the company is expanding its innovation capability and seeks a highly motivated Innovation Creative / Creative Innovation Designer to create idea-led brand stories for leading products.
The successful Innovation Creative / Creative Innovation Designer will live and breathe ideas, ooze creativity and inspire those around them. You will be an exceptional thinker and a motivated designer who loves to create brands, products and campaign ideas that can become household names.
Reporting to the R&D Manager, the Innovation Creative / Creative Innovation Designer will work in an industry-leading innovation team (who convert insights to ideas) and alongside the Marketing and Development teams to turn incredible ideas to commercially sound 360 brand experiences. Your task is to inspire and ideate through insights to drive future innovation. You will work both in isolation and within a team. You will also work with external agencies and inventors.
Whether you are facilitating and leading brainstorms, delivering research analysis to uncover fresh insight, inspiring others of the future, or pitching creative through incredible presentations, it will be your exceptional drive and creativity that delivers an exceptional portfolio of brand ideas that are outrageously fun and drive revenue and profit growth for the company.
To qualify. You could be an Innovation Creative / Creative Innovation Designer / Product Designer / Product Innovator / Creative Innovation Manager / Innovation Strategist / Creative Strategist / Brand Consultant or similar with experience in a similar role and educated to degree level within this area, in more detail you must:
- Be fully immersed in consumers;
- Understand research approaches to build and screen your ideas;
- Have exceptional innovation and consumer insight skillsets;
- Be able present new brand ideas as commercially sound and viable concepts;
- Have a restless mind, fascinated by the latest trends, brands and products;
- Be tenacious in uncovering fresh insights;
- Be down to earth, highly organised and able to work to a budget.
