The company currently operates in Bristol providing in-depth, flexible financial paraplanning services to companies nationally. Through the solid experience of the workforce, the team has grown in recent years and hopes to continue expanding.

The company is looking for a motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join the small, fast paced, experienced team to provide admin support for the business. The right candidate will be expected to be fully accountable for the roles they fulfill including management of the day to day office administration, ensuring all necessary correspondence is filed, printed and stored correctly as well as maintaining and ordering stationary and other resources as required.

They will also be responsible for incoming and outgoing post and crucially will be acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients to the office, often acting as the face of the business and must therefore be able to deal with people in a friendly and professional manner.

Candidate requirements:

- GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
- Strong organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- At least one years' experience in an administrative role in a similar field
- High level of accountability
