This provider of international courier, parcel delivery and courier services is looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As the role is predominately phone based you will need to be an excellent communicator. The role is complex and varied, providing a great opportunity for someone to enhance their customer skills further.

The ideal candidates will have experience in the logistics field, knowledge of couriers including UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx and use of air and road freight.

They will be responsible for liaising with Franchisees and their staff to solve any issues arising from their customers use of the company portal and sorting out shipment problems and acting as liaison between their customers and the main couriers.

IT skills essential as you will be using email package and the internet as well as in house software programs.

An ability to multi task and prioritise tasks as well as work to courier set time limits.

You will be joining a team of operatives within a growing company with an ethos of co operative teamwork and support of each other, working alongside the various teams that make up the company.

Please note this will be an immediate start after interviews. This is a permanent position after a 3 month probationary period. Although the job is based at Haslingdon for now they will be moving to Clayton Le Moors in the near future.
