This data marketing company is recruiting for a new Digital Account Executive to join their lively Claydon, Suffolk sales office. This is a new role within the company and the successful candidate will need to have previous experience within the digital sector. This should include a background in social media advertising, online banners, email marketing, email data lists, pay per click, and campaign management, etc.

Digital Account Executive duties:
- Speaking with marketing contacts and senior decision makers
- Selling lead generation and data focused marketing services for consumers or businesses within prospects ideal target markets
- Take ownership of this new area of the business and help develop it
- Provide the directors with ideas of new products & services within the digital arena
- Open new avenues of business to create revenue streams that are not currently in place
- Hitting realistic monthly sales targets
- Cold prospecting to build client base
- Cross selling to prospects & customers
- Negotiate prices with clients and suppliers
- Hold client meetings at board / director level
- Create strong & long lasting client relationships
- Account management
- Providing the other team members information/training on the world of digital marketing
- Working client/prospect base well to maximise sales
- Creating accurate pipelines using ACT! CRM
- Creating client trust in the company brand and services
- Problem solve client issues
- Complaint handling
- Dealing with incoming leads (telephone, live chat, email)
- Outsource where required and communicate with external suppliers
- General admin & raising customer sales orders

Skills required include:
- Previous experience within digital marketing /sales essential
- B2B sales background essential
- Able to work in a consultative sales capacity
- Can grasp a detailed understanding of your prospects business & who their target market is
- Team player
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Organised
- Focused & tenacious
- Able to work under pressure to hit sales targets

Package includes:
- Initial starting salary of £20,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience.
- Attractive uncapped commission package
- Realistic first year OTE of £28,000 - £40,000 including commission, but this is uncapped.
- OTE's of £60,000+ are achievable with experience
- Various monthly, quarterly and yearly bonuses in place (additional to commission).
- Comfortable working hours of 9.30am-5.30pm
