This market leader in cleaning services is seeking an Office administrator/bookkeeper who will be responsible for the smooth running of the small but dynamic office.

The office administrators responsibilities will be very varied and they will need to be able to react to any situation they are presented with efficiently. The diversity of this role means that you will be involved in many aspects of the company and will be a key part of the team.

The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to delegate work loads ensuring completion to required standard
- Strong time management, organisational and planning skills
- Must have a, 'can do' attitude with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office

Your daily duties will involve, but not be restricted to:
- VAT returns
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaising with clients and dealing with queries

Ideally, you will have:
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Experience of using Sage Line 50
- Experience of completing VAT would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Pro-active approach to your workload with the ability to prioritise
