This company is a dynamic, fast-paced subsidiary of a FTSE listed group operating in the recycling industry across many UK sites and currently employing over 500 people in the UK.

Due to continued expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance and Compliance Administrator to join their team based in Linwood.

The successful candidate will support the Group Fleet Manager in regard to fleet compliance and must have accurate record keeping abilities and excellent people skills. Experience working within a transport maintenance environment is necessary.

Duties Include:

- Manage Vehicle Files, ensuring these are up to date and compliant
- Production and upkeep of Service Schedule Plans
- Maintain driver training files
- Maintain Driver Licence Check system
- Collating Departmental Tachograph Reports
- Notification to Departments of Tachograph System Compliance
- Third Party supplier first contact
- Purchase Order management
- Producing reports in relation with Maintenance and Compliance
- Perform admin duties in relation to Maintenance and Compliance role as deemed appropriate by line manager.

Required:

- Experience with Excel packages
- Transport & Maintenance experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Good people skills
- Flexible can do attitude
