Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a key client, based in the Sheffield area as they look to recruit an Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintaining accurate banking reconciliation - Maintenance of purchase and ledger invoices - Allocating payments to accounts - Resolving issues and dealing with queries - Assisting with credit control - Maintaining fixed assets register - Processing staff expenses - VAT returns - Petty cash - Use of Excel on a daily basis To be successful for this role you will have the following:- - Have the ability to work pro-actively within a team - Advanced Excel knowledge - Possess good organisation skills - Have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers and external contacts If you meet the criteria for this role, and are interested in being put forward please do not hesitate to apply or contact me to discuss.
