About the Role As a Shared Services Administrator, reporting to the Shared Services Coordinator, you will be part of a medium sized finance team that supports functions across the Shared Services Centre (SSC) and St John Ambulance as a whole. You will be responsible for processing a wide range of financial transactions, including sales invoices, purchase invoices, expenses claims, account reconciliation work and inputting financial data into a wide range of systems. About You We are looking for someone with experience of using an accounts package and is interested in helping us develop and streamline our processes to improve the work we do. We are specifically looking for someone who is a great communicator, with a good understanding of financial principles, who can hit the ground running in a busy and fast paced environment.
