I am currently recruiting for a 6 month contract for a Wealth Management practice located in Bournemouth, who are seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join the team.

Salary upto £20,000.

You will be dealing with day to day administration and providing support to the Client Services team and Paraplanners.

Individuals who have previous administration experience within Wealth Management/Asset Management/Investment Banking/ General Financial Services would be ideal for this role.

Key Duties:

• Communicating with clients
• Preparation and processing of all new client forms and amendments
• Data entry onto the True Potential system.
• Administration for clients joining nominees including book costs
• General record keeping and electronic filing
• Sending out valuations to clients where required
• Arranging regular payments to clients
• Monitor transfer of assets/cash from other institutions
• ISA subscriptions and transfers
• Checking fees and issuing fee notes
• Ensuring maintenance of client KYC on systems
• Ensuring client reviews are recorded correctly on systems
• Assistance in the preparation of pitch documents

Key Skills:

• Previous experience within a Wealth Management/Asset Management/Investment Banking/ General Financial Services administrative role
• Knowledge within Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• To work well within a team
• Fine eye for detail and use of initiative
• Forward thinking
