Account Handler - Temp to Perm - Successful Marketing Agency
Our client is looking for an Account Handler to provide support to our Account Managers and Directors. They are a very successful established Marketing Agency who specialise in the Retail Market.
This role is a temp to perm position with the initial temp period being 3 months.
Manage house accounts via email and telephone. Taking briefs, instructing creative whilst ensuring attention to detail is adhered to and time lines are met.
Regular client contact both face to face and via e mail.
Manage installation projects. Supporting with real time reporting and providing completion reports.
Monitoring client tracking documents to ensure deadlines are met. Alerting Account Managers and other departments of potential issues and facilitating other departments where necessary.
Providing administration support in relation to creating quotations, statement of works, briefing/debriefing documents and campaign completion reports.
Supporting all round project activities such as collating collateral, packing display equipment to proofing work.
Preparing client billing spreadsheets, chasing purchase order documentation and raising invoices in time to end of month cut off dates.
Possess a real 'can do attitude’
Have the ability to work on a variety of projects at one time and on your own initiative.
Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with all clients and internal departments.
Good all round computer skills required with good knowledge of excel.
Is a confident and friendly person and can make a good cup of tea!

This would possibly suit a Marketing Graduate who has had some experience during their work placement or has a small amount of experience following their degree.
The role is available from the beginning of June.
