Advertising Account Manager
We are currently looking for an Advertising Account Manager.

About the role
We are looking for an Advertising Account Manager experienced in B2B sales and client account management to join our hard working sales department, selling media advertising, sponsorship opportunities and providing account management to a range of international clients across our B2B publications and associated digital products
Role and Responsibilities
* Identifying and calling prospective clients
* Booking and attending client meetings
* Presenting and selling confidently and professionally to clients
* Generating a client pipeline through networking at exhibitions and industry-related events
* Relationship building
* Achieving and exceeding revenue targets
* Negotiating deals
* Developing key accounts and repeat business
* Research - clients, competitors
* Accurate upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in the CRM system (Pipedrive)
* Provide clear reporting on revenue, figures, activity and sales forecasts on a weekly basis
* Travel abroad to exhibitions and conferences for networking and client meetings
The successful applicant will:
* MUST have experience of B2B and/or B2C display advertising in media
* Have some experience and knowledge of digital media sales
* Have some experience and knowledge of event sales & sponsorship
* Have the desire to exceed targets with a hard-work attitude to get you there
* Have strong interpersonal skills including a professional work ethic
* Be keen to learn and develop a long-term career in sales
* Be comfortable with cold calling
* Be a confident communicator and a relationship builder
* Have a calm head when under pressure to meet deadlines
* Have good written grammar and excellent verbal communication skills
