Becoming a Senior Pensions Administrator with Employee Benefits:

Are you an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to expand your knowledge and work on some new and exciting client projects?

We're continuing to grow and we now have opportunities to work within a variety of areas, such as Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contributions (DC), CARE and Hybrid schemes. As a Senior Pensions Administrator, it'll be down to you to provide high-quality administration support for our internal and external clients. In return, we'll give you all the training and support you need to grow and thrive within our organisation.

What you'll be doing:

As the technical expert in the team, you'll use and share your in-depth knowledge to cover different schemes and make sure we meet performance targets and quality standards. You'll be responsible for checking calculations and processes and you'll use pension support and workflow management systems to create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records. Your role will involve understanding client requirements and identifying complaints early on to ensure a quick response and resolution. With the opportunity to gain further experience across a wide range of client schemes, you'll support with the operational service delivery in line with legislation, procedures and regulations. You'll also support the development of your team, assist on projects with the Pension Technician and support the Pensions Team Manager. It'll be your responsibility to identify any training needed to help others achieve their full potential.

About your experience:

With a wide degree of competency in DB/DC and Hybrid, your experience covers the whole journey through Pensions Administration. Your technical knowledge will be good and you'll be able to adapt to varying demands and workloads. Your excellent organisational skills will see you managing your time and being able to take on new tasks. You'll also be comfortable coaching, mentoring and providing training to new recruits and junior members of the team.
