Expect to work in a creative and informal environment in a unique semi-rural setting, delivering rigorously researched and actionable insight, reporting and optimization across platforms and channels.

Established in 1996, our client hosts 2,000+ bespoke resources, all written and created in-house, and designed to help its 21 million visitors a year to develop their leadership, management and personal excellence skills.

As the Data Analyst / Optimisation Analyst you'll play a vital role in helping the company to even greater success, by analysing user behaviour and engagement, marketing campaign effectiveness, and sales leads, as well as evaluating the impact of changes and initiatives; identifying key trends; developing innovative strategies for growth; increasing conversion rates; and optimising customer journeys.

To join the team as the Data Analyst / Optimisation Analyst you simply need to show:

  • You have experience in a similar role analysing data using Google Analytics and Google drive;
  • The ability to create and execute strategic plans;
  • A high degree of numeracy with strong Excel and data analysis skills;
  • Outstanding communication, organisation and presentation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • The ability to hit the ground running and bring ideas to the table;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with accuracy and attention to detail;
  • The ability to work as an efficient, reliable and flexible team member.

Due to the location of the office you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

This is a unique opportunity that will see you join a successful digital learning company with a truly innovative approach. Expect a competitive salary, a great working environment (work life balance, table tennis, continuous development & more) where you are valued and encouraged to contribute with your ideas and creative thinking.
