Our client is a top law firm based in London, with a diverse range of clients, including FTSE and AIM companies, central and local Government, charities and not-for-profit organisations.
They are currently looking to hire a Revenue Controller to provide an effective billing, WIP & debt management service.
Manage and control unbilled time and unpaid bills
Ensure smooth operation of the billing process
Create, process and amend bills
Review draft bills
Produce WIP reports
Monitor receipt of monies
Follow up unpaid bills
Issue reminder letters to clients
Attend meetings with Partners
Chase Partners regarding outstanding balances
Follow up client queries
Previous experience of working in legal revenue control (to include WIP management, billing and credit control)
Experience using Elite 3E
Well organised and ability to prioritise
Professional and confident
