Implementation Operations Manager, City of London, Salary £33k plus benefits
This loyalty company seeking candidates in a b2b client/account implementation manager, digitally focused and familiar with the credit card issuer field. The role will manage clients for the set up and migration of a loyalty scheme to a digital platform.
You'll have strengths understanding processes and be able to work alongside internal teams to ensure implementations go smoothly. The Operations Account Manager must have strong operational and relationship management experience.
Implementation Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure b2b accounts are set-up, tested and administered efficiently and effectively.
Supporting the effective management of client relationships.
Identify, investigate and resolve issues and troubleshoot problems for designated accounts.
Acquire, maintain and document expert knowledge of b2b accounts.
Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance.
Anticipate, understand and respond to the challenges and issues that may impact the operations of key accounts.
Support the Management Team in providing detailed information on b2b accounts.
Ability to understand and meet SLA's in a time pressured environment.
Create, produce and analyse account information, MI and reports in a meaningful way.
Liaise with finance, technical and marketing departments as and when required.
Implementation Operations Manager Requirements:
Account / relationship management experience, gained within any sector preference can be given to individuals with banking, digital or finance experience.
Strong operational management experience
Experience managing the ambiguity in a b2b environment between commercial needs, global client needs and regional/local market needs
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, and know when escalation is required
Experience producing and analysing data across a variety of reporting streams
High level of numeracy, computer literacy (MS Office) and Salesforce or similar sales management software.
Advanced excel skills
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines.
Understanding of API's, Secure Data Exchanges extremely desirable
Fluent in English, a second European language would be desirable
Obsessive attention to detail
Customer and Client focused - delivers a premium experience
Able to manage client facing conversations to deliver positive business outcomes.
Commercial acumen - understands the b2b approach and can balance both business and client needs
Take ownership in producing high quality work and shows initiative when required
