Job Title: Graduate Commercial Scheme
Location: London
Salary: £27,000, rising to £29K in your first year. + £2K signing on bonus plus an annual bonus!

With the support of your line manager, assigned ‘buddy’ and wider network, you’ll enjoy continuous training that will serve to nurture your knowledge of the organisation and the markets they operate in.

The Graduate Scheme is carefully segmented to ensure you obtain a full grasp of all of our client’s Commercial functions. You’ll join the Insight Team as part of your first 6 month rotation, before moving to a second 6 month rotation in the Media team within the wider umbrella company. Your final 6 month rotation demonstrates our client’s investment in their graduates. It depends entirely on what interests you and where your strengths lie – it’s very much about your personal ambition and the choice is up to you!

Across every rotation:

- Aligned to a category team (Impulse, Household, Health & Beauty), you’ll thrive in a fast paced environment
- Liaising closely with suppliers, you’ll quickly obtain a thorough understanding of client business objectives and strategies
- Travel to your client’s offices, engaging with them face to face in order to develop strong client and stakeholder relationships

Insight Rotation: 

- Collaborate with a variety of teams in order to fully understand the company’s suite of insight capabilities
- You’ll employ a consultative approach to analyse the performance of key brands
- Evaluate the impact of changes made in-store
- Evaluate new product performance and create strategies for high-end customers

Media Rotation:

- You’ll liaise closely with the account management and insight teams in order to execute a collaborative approach when it comes to our client’s media portfolio
- Compile and deliver media strategies as a media planner, designing long and short term media plans aligned to client objectives and budget
- Evaluate campaign performance and incorporate learning in order to improve future projects
- Liaise with suppliers in order to capitalise on campaigns intertwined with key events


- Educated to a 2.1 degree level standard from a top tier university
- Hold a degree in accounting/economics/business management/maths or a similar discipline
- An analytical approach
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- An enthusiastic approach and work ethic
- Adaptable to change
- Must demonstrate commercial acumen
- Ambitious and driven
