The Role
At Teledyne, the Service Delivery Manager will provide focused leadership for an effective delivery of your contract portfolio, ensuring the application of an appropriate contract and project governance that is in-line with the Te2v operating framework. You will be expected to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders while generating accurate workload forecasts to support resource planning within the business and its functions.
Additionally, the role requires you to develop and maintain key contract documents, including Contract Management Plan, Risk register and Contract Reporting Packs.
Key Skills/Responsibilities:
* Extensive experience in customer service and business roles * Experience in large-scale programme and/or contract delivery with demonstrable evidence of leading highly-complex stakeholder interactions * Significant experience of leading cross-functional teams * Able to demonstrate track record of securing business growth * Experience of operating with major commercial customers both in the UK and overseas * Demonstrable experience delivering high-levels of customer satisfaction * Experience of working and operating within fast-moving and competitive environment * Ability to deliver long-term sustainable value for the company * Ability to focus on the strategic needs of the customer whilst exercising good commercial judgement * Able to build confidence with senior internal and external stakeholders * Extensive experience of building and managing complex budgets and resource allocation prioritisation to achieve the intended outcomeAs a Service Delivery Manager, you will be working from 8:30-16:30 Monday to Friday. This role is based in Chelmsford, but moderate global travel will be required.
