Salary: Qualified rate: £23,178 - £33,340 per annum: Unqualified rate: £20,155 - £29,037 per annum pro rata

Full Time, 37 hours per week

Due to our growing success, The Enterprise & Digital Industries department is looking for a highly organised, flexible and innovative Business & Finance Lecturer to join its highly successful team in August 2017.

The post holder will be required to deliver the Level 2 Business and Finance programme and support the development of teaching materials as required. The successful candidate must hold a relevant degree or industry experience.

Experience in teaching and learning would be advantageous, although industry experience will be considered for those with the ambition of becoming an outstanding Lecturer. Fareham College will offer free teacher training to those wishing to enter the teaching profession.
