An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Finance Team for an experienced credit controller; this is a full time position.
For over 30 years we have been a leading name in the independent merchant services market. We provide a comprehensive range of payment solutions into the SME market.
Main responsibilities of the Credit Controller:
•Previous credit control experience
•Resolve account disputes to minimise aged debt and improve customer experience
•Forge and maintain both internal and external customer relationships
•Effectively manage and prioritise workload within appropriate time-scales
•Identify and escalate potentially high risk accounts
•Achieve set agreed KPI targets
Ideally, you will have
•Previous experience in credit control
•A track record of system/process improvement reducing debtor days and increasing cash collection
•GCSE (or equivalent in Maths and English - C or above)
•Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel)
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Good customer service skill set, going above and beyond the call of duty where necessary
•Committed team player who is trustworthy and self-motivated
•Strong organisation and time management skills
