Revive Recruitment, Chester are supporting an expanding, reputable business within the Manufacturing sector with their permanent recruitment of a Sales Coordinator.

POSITION: Sales Coordinator

SALARY: £20,000 per annum

LOCATION: Chester

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Our Client has over 100 years’ experience with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in their industry. The main responsibility of this role is to facilitate the sales drive initiatives for the Sales team for both independent and national accounts.

The Role

  • To facilitate and co-ordinate sales drive on initiatives to ensure their success.
  • To manage installation processes from start to finish, including: ordering material, dealing with installation companies, ensuring order is correct and liaising with the customer to ensure successful implementation.
  • Full sales support for the Sales team including promotional collation and communication.
  • Investigate and solve sales team issues.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers or employees via CRM system.
  • Analyse data & databases to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilise technology as a measuring tool to constantly "Raise the Bar" on sales performance.
  • Assist with reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience of working in a similar role previously, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • A genuine interest in working with and helping customers both internal and external.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills within a commercial environment.
  • The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking.
  • The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective way.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes especially Excel.
