Our client is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate team on a temporary contact covering a maternity leave.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Legal secretary to join a hardworking team of professionals.

The main duties will require the post holder to:

Provide efficient and competent secretarial and administrative support
Produce complex house-style documents

Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documentation

Dealing with team billing
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions
Diary management - arranging meetings, conference calls
Taking accurate and detailed telephone messages

Checking associates emails and dealing with correspondence

Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating as appropriate

Applicants must have experience of:

Previous legal experience with in a law firm that deals with property
Excellent secretarial skills, fast accurate typing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong document production skills
Excellent organisational and administrative ability
Professional telephone manner
Sound knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The hours of work at 10am until 6pm or 9.30am until 5.30pm. The contract is to start as soon as possible until February 2018, covering maternity leave.
