A managed IT services / technology services provider are recruiting a Legal Contracts Manager. Applicants need a legal background / training, and have in-house legal or commercial contracts experience.

The Legal Contracts Manager will work closely with, and support the Head of Legal within this dynamic and fast-paced IT / technology services provider. Offering the business legal expertise and counsel on both customer and supplier commercial contracts, the Legal Contracts Manager will review and negotiate agreements.

Duties of the Legal Contracts Manager include:

1. Provide advice, guidance and support on contractual T&Cs, contract performance, compliance and legal issues
2. Review, draft and negotiate terms with suppliers / customers
3. Maintain and manage company contracts register, and all legal documentation
4. Work closely with procurement in regards to new suppliers
5. Researching legal and regulatory issues, and ensure advice remains current
6. Ensure contractual T&Cs are amended to support changing business needs

Legal Contracts Manager applicants should meet the following criteria:

1. Have undergone Legal training (law degree, LPC, GDL etc.)
2. In-house experience across commercial agreements
3. Experience within an IT or tecnology business is preferred, but not essential
4. A relationship builder with; customers, suppliers/subcontractors and internal colleagues/stakeholders
5. Have the agility to operate within a rapidly expanding, and dynamic business
