Our client is a leading fully integrated office fit out, project management and construction contractors. They are seen as one of the top interior fit out Contractors operating within the London market across the Office & Commercial Market. The business has continued its growth and they are now seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the business, the role will specifically be working within their Furniture Department.

About The Role of Project Coordinator - Office Furniture

* Set up of all new furniture projects. (Admin and relevant documents.)
* Paperwork and management for opening of trade accounts.
* Raising manufacturer purchase orders and chasing order acknowledgements and arranging delivery.
* Opening project on Evision Software. (Inc. invoicing and subcontractor payments).
* Updating project budget document.
* Oversee and management of manufacturers.
* Manufacturer information library; including price lists, technical drawings, product imagery, CAD Blocks, Maintenance and Care information etc.
* Chase order acknowledgements and technical drawings.
* Represent and attend project meetings on behalf of the business delivery programme.
* Produce Asta project programmer per project.
* Manage project delivery success using snagR Software.
* Produce O+Ms for project completion and client handover.
* Oversee delivery and installation of all furniture projects, attending site when necessary.
* Refine delivery processes and methods (ongoing).
* Personal development and product awareness through showroom visits, manufacturer relationships, attending
* exhibitions etc.
* Client and project aftercare.
* Relevant Software Packages: Outlook, Excel, Word, Asta, SnagR, Evision.

About The Candidate

* Must have a strong background in either the D&B fit out market or Office Furniture market.
* Must have relevant certifications (i.e. CSCS) and must have experience in construction related software like Asta, Evision etc.
* Must have a proven background on projects in the Office & Commercial market
* Must be able to work off own initiative and be a self starter.
* Must live within a commutable distance to London
* You will have a good understanding of the Building and Construction industry and how projects come together and are closed out
* You must have a drive for customer satisfaction
